This week my spin-off company of Astina in the field of reservation management (Localina), was taken over by local.ch Ltd. Since February 2011 the whole Astina team with the lead developer Vasco were working hard on this company’s idea and technology and we are very happy that we found this joint-venture of Swisscom und PubliGroupe. Synergies within the sales force and the lead conversion tools will bring this system to a new level.
