Bauwerk Parquet is putting the end customer in the center of its sales- and communication activities. The end customer database was built to strengthen the relationship with the end customer significantly.
The end customer database (EKDB) aims to strengthen the relationship with the end customer throughout the whole customer journey. The EKDB is centralizing the personalized data that is generated through the different touch points (interaction points of the client with the Bauwerk Parquet AG). This way Bauwerk Parquet can strongly strengthen its relationships with clients. As of now the data of the different touch points has quite often not been used. Existing touch points of the customer journey were now enhanced with new ones. Interfaces to the ERP and PIM guarantee a highest possible data quality in the EKDB.
