Frequently asked
FAQs
Autonomous GTM, pedalix, gtm.science, teklens — and working with me.
- What is «Autonomous GTM» and who is it for?
- Autonomous GTM is an operating model for B2B software companies where ICP detection, outbound sequencing, enrichment and reporting run agent-driven inside your stack. Audience: founder-led B2B software teams at 1–50 M ARR scaling pipeline with a small GTM team.
- How does the 90-day white-glove program (pedalix.com) work?
- In 90 days I install — founder-led, with you — an autonomous GTM system in your stack: ICP & data model, agent orchestration, sequence library, GTM OS, reporting. Handover included — by day 91 it runs at your company, not mine.
- What is gtm.science and how is it different from pedalix.com?
- gtm.science is the DIY path: an open knowledge hub with playbooks, templates and Coach Aven so teams can build autonomous GTM themselves. pedalix.com is the white-glove path: I build it with you in 90 days.
- What does teklens.ai do?
- teklens.ai is spec-driven AI for the product team: AI agents that run inside your stack. The Context Engine knows your code, your Jira and your business, from PRD to story. Co-founded by me, currently in the build (hiring now).
- Which tools do you use in the autonomous GTM stack?
- Typically: Clay/Apollo/Smartlead for outbound, HubSpot/Pipedrive as CRM, Supabase/n8n for orchestration, Claude and GPT for agent logic. The exact stack follows the ICP — see the tools directory at marcgasser.com/en/tools.
- How much does a white-glove engagement cost?
- The 90-day program is offered as a fixed price based on scope, stack complexity and target KPIs. Initial call and a concrete proposal are free — see /connect.
- Do you also offer pure advisory?
- Yes — for founder teams who want a sparring partner on GTM strategy, AI-native product teams or pipeline diagnostics. Format: paid working sessions, no retainer slide decks.
- Who is Marc Gasser?
- Software Entrepreneur and author, GTM & product strategy, at the intersection of Product, GTM and AI. Springer Gabler author, publisher of industry reports with ETH & HSG, lecturer. Currently founder of pedalix.com, teklens.ai and gtm.science.

- 1) 30-min diagnostic call, 2) written proposal with scope/KPIs/timeline, 3) kick-off workshop, 4) weekly build sprints, 5) handover week with documentation and Coach Aven setup.
