Podcasts: AI GTM Lab, Vibe Coding World & Agentic Engineering

Most B2B podcasts are an hour of small talk with a guest selling their product. I do the opposite. Three shows, one focus: how you build a GTM and product team today that does the work of thirty with three people and a few AI agents.
I am Marc Gasser, 25 years in B2B software in Zurich. I build GTM and product departments as management, not as a consultant with a slide deck. On the shows I talk to founders and operators who are doing exactly that right now. No stage answers, just the mechanics underneath.
Why three shows and not one?
Because product, GTM and AI hit three different nerves. A CMO does not want prompt tutorials, a head of product does not want a cold-email playbook. So I split the conversations by role, so each episode does one concrete job instead of touching everything.
AI GTM Lab
The founder and operator show on autonomous go-to-market. I talk to people rebuilding their revenue machine: positioning, signal-based selling, inbound-led outbound, CRM as a system rather than an address book. Every episode ties back to a number that matters in the board meeting. The show sits close to my blog and my book and report work.
Vibe Coding World
The show about building with AI. A year after the vibe-coding hype came the hangover: fast code, but brittle. Here I show, with guests, where building with AI really holds today and where it tips over. The thread is the same as in my article from vibe coding to agentic engineering.
Agentic Engineering
The product and engineering show. It is about orchestrating AI agents in the development process, keeping control of architecture and reviews. Autonomous product management means product decisions on real context, not on gut feel. For the DACH mid-market this is the most interesting lever right now.
What you take away from the episodes
No motivational talk. I ask guests about the workflow, the tool, the number. What worked, what failed, what they would do differently today. The good episodes feel like sparring with someone who solved the same problem last quarter.
- How to find sales-ready leads with AI instead of chasing volume. More on that in AI outbound on LinkedIn.
- Where automation in the sales process holds and where it destroys trust.
- How a small team with AI agents reaches the output of a large one.
The number behind the show
Our benchmark work shows that most of the growth comes from a small share of the activities. Most sales teams burn time on the wrong contacts and on admin. The conversations on the podcast always circle back to exactly that shift: fewer, but the right things, cleanly automated. If you want to go deeper, the data lives in the Marketing Automation Report and the Sales Efficiency Report.
Where it works and where it does not
What holds: the network. Through the shows I keep meeting operators who talk openly about numbers. That is gold. What does not hold: the illusion that listening is enough. A podcast does not replace a system. The warning: do not adopt every tool a guest praises. What works for a team of five kills a team of fifty.
The deeper point: I do not build these shows for reach, I build them to learn. Every episode is a conversation I would have anyway. The podcast is just the microphone. Listen on the podcast page with all episodes and guests, or subscribe directly on Spotify.
Frequently asked questions
Which three podcasts do you host?
AI GTM Lab (autonomous go-to-market), Vibe Coding World (building with AI) and Agentic Engineering (AI agents in the product and engineering process). All three are bundled on the podcast page.
Who are the shows for?
For founders, GTM leaders and product leaders in B2B software, mostly in the DACH region. Each show is cut for one of those roles.
How often do new episodes drop?
Regularly, usually weekly across the network. Available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and everywhere else.
Can I be a guest?
If you are rebuilding a GTM or product system with AI and talk openly about numbers, yes. Reach out via connect.
How does the podcast connect to your work?
Directly. I build GTM and product departments. The podcasts are the open lab around that. More on my approach on about and process.
